Well, the con was better then I could have imagined...

I knew it was going to be interesting... It was going to be the first time my friends and I stayed the weekend of a con by ourselves since our normal ride and ever watchful pair of eyes is stuck off her feet and all with the baby. I have everything packed the night before, tickets for the con even... I make it out of the house in once piece, Zelda hair done in only half an hour, and even the ears decided to stay on!
We're almost at the con when I get a call from my sis telling me I forgot the tickets >.<

Really? How did I forget those? THEY WERE IN MY BAG!

Luckly the parents agreed to drop the tickets by and go crib shopping, so it all worked out...

I got to see some old friends at the con (of course =3), pick up some cosplay advice, found whip for my Rydia cosplay (best find of the week!), and lost of other fun stuff...

Actually counted how many times I got stopped for pictures in just my Zelda dress. Want to guess?

I was shocked myself... 38 times! XD gave us girls something to laugh about...

Anyway, that was all fine and dandy, but here's where the shocker of the weekend for me came... Of course my friend and I had our dating game again as we always do, and it went over real well I think, and I did my walk on... The guy who made the swamp thing costume was there again in a RE Licker costume that was really neat, and I thought for sure he was going to win again this year.
But I was completely shocked when the announced me as Grand Champion for TCAE T.T I'm still in shock thinking about it...

Downside of the weekend though was that I lost my new shiny attorney badge =<
May whoever found it enjoy it at much as I did!

I'm still running off that a week later can't wait to start working on my Rydia costume!... As you can imagine, I've been keeping my eye out for pieces... I want to pull this off!
